Bookings, Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are accessible from the availability page or on each individual villa page. Nightly prices displayed are based on stays of 7 nights or more unless otherwise stated.
We are flexible on arrival day, departure day and duration (the minimum stay is 5 or 7 nights depending on the property). Shorter stays may be available, please contact us.
Our prices are in GBP, for other currencies the rate is calculated by your card provider.
Bookings and payments to be made on our secure online booking system right here on www.villasplayablanca.co.uk We accept card payment.
To secure your booking we require a 25% non-refundable deposit with the balance payable 60 days before your arrival. For bookings within 60 days of your arrival we require full payment to secure your booking
Cancellations by the client must be by email from the email account used to make the booking. For cancellations greater than 60 days before your arrival day the 25% deposit is retained by VillasPlayaBlanca Limited. For cancellation of between 60 days and 29 days of your arrival then 50% of your total booking cost is refunded, for cancellations of 28 days or less of your arrival day no refunds are issued. We strongly advise all clients to have holiday insurance.
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Please be aware our properties are family villas in residential areas and not suited to parties, young and same sex groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us prior to booking.
For our Youngest Guests
One travel cot and highchair are available (please request) at no charge (bring your own cot linen). An additional travel cot & highchair hire are available for a small charge, please request when booking.
Pool Heating
Pool heating is included in the price for the winter months only (November to mid May), unless stated. At Bella Vista pool heating is not included at any time of year but can be added upon booking.
Please take into account the ambient temperature does affect the temperature of the pool.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival at villa – from 16:00 (the villa will be cleaned and prepared by 16:00)
