This spacious villa is furnished with modern contemporary furnishings, large open plan lay out for modern living. Casa Maelle is a few minutes walk to a mini market, 5 minute walk to a local bar and a 15-20 minute walk to the town.
This superb family villa has something for everyone with the relaxing hot tub on the roof terrace, playing pool on the sun terrace, having a dip in the pool or table football. For the energetic we have tennis, with rackets provided.
The alfresco dining and BBQ area is the jewel in the crown for Maelle, a superb sheltered area with seating, BBQ, hob, fridge and bar perfect day or night.
Please be aware there is a fully-refundable damage and security deposit of £300 on this villa. This is due 7 days before arrival. This is fully-refunded after your departure if there is no damage, excessive cleaning and/or abuse of facilities.
Pool towels are provided at Casa Maelle and Casa Nydia for the duration of your stay.
The coin-operated air conditioning is in all bedrooms and the lounge.
Please be aware this is a family villa in a residential area and not suited to parties, young and same sex groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
