This villa is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom villa which offers stunning mountain and sea views from the large sun terrace. It is situated in a popular residential area of Playa Blanca, within easy walking distance to the town centre.

This lovely villa has a spacious living room with dining area and patio doors leading to a vast terrace. The separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace. There is a separate bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning (coin-operated).

Patio doors from the living room lead out onto the upper terrace which has a large pergola with sunken lights and dining table, perfect for al fresco dining in a little welcome shade. From here you have some fantastic sea views. A couple of steps lead down to the lower terrace, which has a Canarian BBQ and garden area. The sunbathing terrace is south-facing, so it provides the sun all day long and the sun loungers surround the large inviting swimming pool.

Located conveniently close to the centre of Playa Blanca, you can walk to the bus station in around 10 minutes and then a few minutes further onto the main town centre. You will find an array of shops, bars and restaurants on the high street and seafront in Playa Blanca. As well as shops in the central areas, at Bella Vista you are also a short walk to the Lidl supermarket for your grocery needs.

During the winter months, pool heating is available at an additional £15 per night.
