A modern stylish villa with 3 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms), private heated pool (heated in the winter months) and stunning panoramic views.
This spacious family villa sleeps 6 guests. Casa Liana is located just a few metres from Casa Risa making them ideal for large family groups wishing to holiday together. The villa also boasts its own private games area with pool table.
Located in the quiet residential area of Los Altos de Montana Roja, the villa has magnificent views of the mountains, Playa Blanca and the sea. A few minutes’ drive or a 35-40 minute walk to the centre of Playa Blanca. It is here you will find a wide variety of local amenities, including bars, restaurants, shops and a lovely sandy beach.
Casa Liana has a modern contemporary feel furnished to a high standard. Outside on the upper terrace is a built-in BBQ and alfresco dining table, ideal for day time or for enjoying the warm evenings.
The villa also has Wi-Fi internet access.
Prices are based on 4 people for Casa Liana. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests (5th and 6th guests are an additional £10 per night per person) (for bookings with 4 people or fewer the studio bedroom and its ensuite are available at an additional £10 per night). This means there is the option to rent the villa as a 2 bedroom villa or a 3 bedroom villa.
Car hire is recommended for this villa.
(Summer 2021) During summer high season we operate a Thursday changeover at Casa Liana.
(Summer 2020) We are flexible on arrival date, departure date and duration (7 nights plus), all subject to availability.
Please be aware this is a family villa in a residential area and not suited to parties and young groups. We reserve the right to cancel any booking which we feel does not fit this family villa holiday criteria. If you have any questions regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.
